STUART ADDIS RETURNS TO BALLYMENA UNITED

 

Stuart AddisGOALKEEPER Stuart Addis has returned to Ballymena United for a third spell.
The 32-year-old Lisburn based shot stopper becomes Glenn Ferguson's second summer signing after Johnny Taylor's permanent move from Glentoran.
Addis spent spells at Warden Street in 2002 under Kenny Shiels whilst on loan from Glenavon and then again in 2006 under Tommy Wright making a total of 18 appearances.
Released by double winners Linfield at the end of the season, Stuart spent four seasons at Windsor Park but only made 38 appearances as was often back-up to both Alan Mannus and Alan Blayney, both Northern Ireland internationals.
Stuart has previously played for Glenavon, Dungannon Swifts, Armagh City, Loughgall, Lisburn Distillery and Newry City.
